Cut & Wrap Services

We now offer cut & wrap services out of our mobile unit. Depending on your location and your level of interest this can be done with you on your property after the carcass has aged. At this time we offer paper wrap with cellophane and double paper wrap. These services will continue to expand as we grow our business. Please contact us and we can help determine what services we can provide to best meet your needs.

We can also take the carcass to be cut & wrapped at a local processor of your choice. We have a standing relationship with a number of processors in the Four Corners area.

Once you have booked your service, please fill out the animal cut sheet according to the animal being processed.

  • BEEF, BISON, & YAKS

    Butcher’s Choice (Mostly Bone-In Cuts)- $1.10/lb (hanging weight)

    Customized Cut (Anything Is Possible)- $1.20-$1.50/lb (hanging weight)

  • HOGS

    Butcher’s Choice (Good for Most Folks)- $300 per hog

    Customized Cut (Anything and Everything But the Squeal)- $350 per hog

    Hogs over 300lbs hanging weight- $1.10/lb

    Rignt now we only offer Ground Pork and/or 3 bulk sausage flavors: Country, Mild Italian, and Hot Italian

    We do not Cure and Smoke Bacon or Ham at this time, but we will soon!

  • LAMBS AND GOATS

    Butcher’s Choice- $100 per animal

    Customized Cut- $120-150 per animal
