We work with Cannibal Canyon Meat Processing in Marvel CO. Beef are aged for approx. 14 days. All animals are cut individually to insure you get your animal back

…offers on-farm slaughter of cattle, hogs, sheep, goats, bison, and yaks to the Four Corners area, based out of Durango, Colorado.
We dry age the whole carcass (approx 14 days for beef), then cut and wrap to your specifications. We can also deliver the carcass to the butcher shop of your choice for further processing.
