Optional Processing at No Cost:

  • Carcass delivery to the custom butcher shop of your choice

  • Offal can be either left with you to process or transported to the butcher shop

  • We will save the Heart, Liver, Kidneys, Sweetbreads, Tongue, and Tail (No intestines, stomach, brains, feet, or lungs)

  • Hide and viscera removal (blood and stomach contents will remain)
