  • At this time we only offer Paper Wrap with Cellophane

  • We age beef for 10-21 days depending on cooler space and schedule

  • Beef Slaughter Fee

    • $150 for Steers/Heifers

    • $180 for Bulls/Cows

      • +$.67/mi Outside of La Plata County

  • Beef Cut & Wrap Fees

  • Quartering Fee: $25 per Quarter

  • Box Fee: $5/box all meat is boxed in approx. 40 lb boxes, a whole beef typically requires 10-12 boxes. If you bring your own boxes, coolers, etc when you pickup, this fee will be waived
