Cut & Wrap Services

We work with Cannibal Canyon Meat Processing in Marvel, CO. We age beef for an average of 2 weeks, other species age for under a week. We cut to your specifications, then package and freeze in cellophane/paper.

We can also take the carcass to be cut & wrapped at a local processor of your choice depending on availability and distance.

Once you have booked your service, please fill out a cut sheet according to the animal being processed.

    Customized Cut (Anything Is Possible)- $1.20-$1.50/lb (hanging weight)
